Staff includes cleaning staff, cook, driver to run errands for supplies, and a night guard. Ocean-view Gourmet Kitchen with industrial stove with a grill, two refrigerators, and a large freezer. Bedrooms equipped with linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Beach and pool towels are provided pool-side. To be used in 2024, with actual dates to be agreed at mutually convenient times with owners (blackout dates are Holy Week and Easter Week 2024, Thanksgiving week, and Dec 5 to Jan 8).
