Appetizer: Vegetable flan or supplí 

First course: Pasta carbonara, or pasta cacio e pepe, or pasta gricia  

Main course: Saltimbocca alla romana or Crusted sea bass fillet with its side dish  

Dessert: T.B.D.

Drinks: Unlimited drinking water and 1/2 bottle of wine per person (soft drink or beer as alternative to wine), coffee or tea or cappuccino
